Our door panels and rail systems are custom-made according to order using the automated facilities in our state-of-the-art production halls. We build the necessary suspension packages in our own factory, with the parts manufactured using specialist tools at our expert suppliers.
BIM drawings of sectional doors are increasingly being requested for projects. Previously, it was only the larger contractors that used the BIM system, but we see that more and more smaller contractors are also using the BIM system.
Our products are subject to constant and intensive durability tests. In these tests, the prototypes open and close 33,000times, after which they are assessed by experts. This constant attention to quality and safety has borne fruit, and our sectional door sand their physical qualities are fully EN13241compliant and are integrally TÜV Nord certified. These tests, performed by TÜV Nord, the stringent German certification and inspection body, mean that each tested physical quality receives its own classification, making it easier to compare similar products from different manufacturers
Nova can offer a wide range of sectional doors which can range from 40mm, 60mm and 80mm door thicknesses (see brochures below) as well as being able to supply fully panoramic doors.
Our technical surveyors can visit you as the customer to specify the right door for your needs which can include different track arrangements/speed of travel, extra security and safety features.
As part of our offering, you can choose from 19 different standard colour options with the option of us making a special door colour to suit your requirements at extra cost.
