Whether you have purchased your equipment from Nova or elsewhere, our trained engineers are able to ensure that your industrial door and associated loading bay equipment are maintained to the very highest standard.

If you are a new customer our technical surveyor will visit site to form a list of assets that you wish to be maintained either at 3,6 or 12 monthly intervals.

 

Our state of art IT system allows us to input all your assets onto our database allowing us to give you feedback and reports over a period of any products that continue to fail or cause issue on site.

 

This allows you, the customer, to identify products that are causing high costs to your business and invest in the correct spend going forward either repairing or replacing.
